Day 2

Weight: 155lbs

Woke up at: 2:30pm

Vitamins Taken: B12, Glucosamine

Meals: 4:30pm Fruit Smoothie (Little bit of fruit juice, lots of frozen fruit, and 1tablespoon of flax seed)
7:13pm Chick'n w/ mushrooms and rice

Excersize: Ran/Jogged 2miles : 30mins

Feeling: Alright
