Progression, I think.

Well, I had planned on keeping a daily log of my progression through weight loss, but I failed a few days ago and didn't run.  I've been trying to be good about not eating past 7:30pm..and so far that's been good.  Also, I've been forcing myself to drink Green Tea.  I absolutely hate tea. I always said I wish I liked it...cause I like all the stuff that comes with it.  But I just couldn't get into it.  A friend is working on weight loss too and gave me a ton of tips and drinking green tea was one of them.  So! For the last three days I've been drinking nothing but green tea and water.  And I've been cutting the portions I eat in half (which frankly I should have been doing anyways).  I also jumped back on running. Made it the last three days...I think I just need to get over the week hump and I'll be good.  I already have to restock on tea and frozen fruit. I can already see me starting to make a routine out of all of it.  Which would be nice..cause that's really the only way I can get through and progress.  I haven't seen a huge difference in my weight so far..but I'm kind of expecting it to take some time.  I have a lot of work to make up for my slacking as a vegan (and that just means all the junk food I've been eating...NOT MEAT OR DAIRY :P)

Just realized too..I celebrated my Four years as being Vegan on the 1st! Wow...it feels longer than that for some reason.
